A method suited to the material and setting
Fibres and fabrics are identified and tested before cleaning. Hot-water extraction or a lower-moisture approach may be selected according to the item, soil level, access and drying needs. Any site-specific procedures, documentation and access requirements will be agreed before work is scheduled. Complete stain removal cannot be promised before assessment.
