The process

Detergent-free pre-treatment, mechanical agitation, two targeted stain removers, hot-water extraction with the Phoenix 450 truck mount and final towelling.

The result

All identified marks were removed without damage and the chair was fully dry in around two hours.

The process

The floor was scrubbed with the Pro35, rinsed and extracted, dried, then finished with two coats of gloss sealer.

The result

A clean semi-gloss finish. The floor required around six hours without foot traffic to allow the sealer to cure.

Pre-vacuuming, a 17-inch rotary with suitable low-moisture solution and protective polymer, followed by a post-clean vacuum.

A soft, fresh-smelling, protected carpet that was dry in around 30 minutes.
