A quote request may include your name, contact details, postcode, service requirements, preferred contact method, message and photographs you choose to upload. We use this information only to answer your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and deliver the service, keep appropriate customer-service records and deal with any guarantee concern.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details and uploaded photographs may be kept for up to 12 months and are deleted when no longer required. Some transaction and accounting records may need to be retained for longer to meet legal obligations.
Bookings and forms
Online appointments are provided through Square, which processes information under its own privacy terms. Website forms are processed by our website hosting provider and notified to hello@bookmycarpetclean.co.uk. Information is not added to a marketing list.
