If something does not look right
Contact us within seven days of the completed work. We will discuss the concern, inspect it where needed and, when appropriate, return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
Honest limitations
No responsible cleaner can guarantee complete removal of every mark. Before work starts, we explain the difference between removable soil, staining that has changed a fibre’s colour and permanent physical damage. The guarantee covers our workmanship; it does not cover permanent staining or damage, pre-existing defects, new spills or contamination after the appointment.
Following the drying and aftercare advice provided helps prevent avoidable problems and allows us to support you properly if a concern arises.
