Domestic payment
No deposit is normally required. Payment is due at the end of the job, before we leave, by cash, card or bank transfer. We are not VAT registered.
Commercial work
Commercial work is individually quoted and payment terms are agreed before work begins.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. No fee is charged for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at 50% of the booked work.
Missed appointments and access
If nobody is present or we cannot gain agreed access at the appointment time, a fee of 50% of the booked work may apply.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
