To help provide you with the best experience possible we’ve put together a guide to help your prepare for our appointment.

OUTSIDE YOUR PROPERTY:
As our high powered truck mounted machine is built into the van If you have a driveway please allow space for us to park on it or directly outside of your property as we will be running hoses from the van into your property. If there are any parking restrictions or access issues please make us aware prior to your booking so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

PREPARING YOUR HOME:
If you could move the smaller items out the rooms we will be working in prior to our arrival this helps give us as much space to work as possible. Also for carpet cleaning the carpets must be vacuumed within 48 hours before our arrival.

ONCE THE WORK IS COMPLETED:
We would appreciate payment before we leave the property, (You can pay by cash/ card or bank transfer).
For 2 – 3 hours after cleaning we would as you not to move anything back into place & to keep to windows open to allow your fabrics time to start drying.
