Babies and young children
Where appropriate, cleaning is detergent-free and low odour, followed by a thorough fresh-water rinse designed to leave no cleaning-product residue behind. Children are kept in a safe area away from machinery, hoses and damp surfaces, and drying is prioritised.
Homes with pets
Pet work may include detailed hair removal, UV-light inspection to help locate hidden urine contamination and targeted bacterial odour treatment. Deep contamination can reach the backing, underlay or subfloor, so surface cleaning is not presented as a guaranteed cure in every case.
Allergies or chemical sensitivities
The process can be adapted using detergent-free, low-odour treatment and fresh-water rinsing. This is cleaning guidance, not a medical treatment or a promise to remove every allergen.
Elderly or vulnerable customers
Suitable furniture can be moved, safe access is maintained and the customer is helped to remain in a safe area while work is underway. Drying is accelerated as much as the material and conditions safely allow.
Wool and delicate textiles
Wool-safe products, reduced pressure, softer agitation brushes and pH testing help manage risk. When testing shows it is required, an acidic dye-stabilising treatment may be used to reduce the risk of colour migration.
End of tenancy
Tenants, landlords and letting agents receive a professional invoice as evidence of completed cleaning. Wear, permanent staining and damage are distinguished from removable soil so the customer is prepared for any later questions.
Heavy stains and odours
