Increase ventilation
Where safe, open windows and internal doors to create airflow. Heating can help, but ventilation is usually more important than simply making the room hot.
Avoid unnecessary foot traffic
Use the carpet only when needed until dry, with clean footwear. Take extra care moving between damp carpet and hard floors because they can become slippery.
Leave protective tabs in place
If furniture tabs or blocks have been used, leave them until the carpet is completely dry before removing them.
Ask if anything concerns you
If a spot changes as the carpet dries or you have an aftercare question, contact us promptly. Work is supported by our seven-day service guarantee.
