Why the method is adapted

We distinguish cleaning issues from wear or damage so tenants are prepared for questions. We guarantee our workmanship, but no cleaner can control deposit decisions about unrelated property matters.

Before work begins, access, children and pets, furniture, previous cleaning, stain products, airflow and noise requirements are discussed. The material is inspected and tested, and realistic expectations are agreed.

Property protection

Where appropriate, entrance mats, corner guards, shoe covers, furniture glides and protective furniture tabs are used to reduce avoidable marks, dragging damage, rust or finish transfer.

Mattress and leather cleaning are available on request but are not promoted as core services. Carpet repair training has been completed, but repairs are not currently offered.
