What the service includes
- Fibre, construction and dye-bleed checks
- Detailed dry-soil removal
- Controlled pre-treatment and agitation
- Appropriate rinse or low-moisture process
- Careful drying and final inspection
Why the method is adapted
Rugs are treated as individual textiles—not small carpets. Dye stability is checked and expectations are agreed before cleaning.
Before work begins, access, children and pets, furniture, previous cleaning, stain products, airflow and noise requirements are discussed. The material is inspected and tested, and realistic expectations are agreed.
Property protection
Where appropriate, entrance mats, corner guards, shoe covers, furniture glides and protective furniture tabs are used to reduce avoidable marks, dragging damage, rust or finish transfer.
Mattress and leather cleaning are available on request but are not promoted as core services. Carpet repair training has been completed, but repairs are not currently offered.
