There is no automatic online booking for Rug Spa. Send your photographs first and we will be in touch to discuss suitability, price and collection arrangements.
How Rug Spa enquiries work
- Send two key photographs. One showing the full rug and one of the label on the back, if it has one. Add close-ups of stains, fringes or damage.
- Tell us the size and postcode. Include approximate length and width, any pet accidents and any products previously used.
- Receive advice and a quotation. We review the details and explain the proposed arrangements before you commit.
- Arrange collection where available. We will be in touch to agree the practical details and discuss the expected turnaround.
Care selected for your rug
Wool, synthetic, cotton and mixed-fibre rugs can have very different cleaning needs. Dye stability, backing, construction, fringe condition and previous treatments all matter. Suitability is confirmed through assessment; a valuable or delicate rug should never be treated as a small fitted carpet.

Our Scotland price-beat guarantee
We guarantee a cheaper quotation than any rug spa in Scotland for a like-for-like service. Please send the competing written quote before booking so we can check that the comparison covers the same rug, dimensions, cleaning and any additional treatments, plus equivalent collection and delivery arrangements.
We compare the final amount you would pay, including any applicable VAT and compulsory charges. The competing quote must be current and available to you. We will confirm our lower quotation and the agreed work in writing before booking.

Do I need the label?
Please photograph the label on the back if there is one. If it is missing, send the full rug and clear photographs of its backing and edges so we can advise on the next step.
Can every rug go through the same process?
No. The material, dyes, construction and condition determine which treatment is appropriate. We will discuss limitations before work is agreed.
How long will it take?
Turnaround depends on the rug, treatment and drying requirements. We will discuss the expected timing when confirming arrangements.
Are stains guaranteed to disappear?
No. Permanent dye loss, fibre damage and some old stains may remain. Our seven-day workmanship guarantee is separate from the price-beat guarantee.
