A truck-mounted system powered from the van
The customer told us that a previous carpet cleaner had plugged equipment into the household electricity supply and that damage occurred during that visit. For this appointment, our high-powered Phoenix 450 truck-mounted extraction system remained outside and was powered from the van rather than from the customer’s household electricity.
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction supplies the cleaning solution through hoses and recovers the loosened soil and moisture back to the machine outside. The carpet and upholstery were assessed first so the process, chemistry and moisture level could be suited to the materials being cleaned.

After extraction, professional air movers were positioned around the corner sofa to increase airflow across the upholstery and speed up drying.

The sofa was dry by the time the appointment was completed. The customer commented on how good the home smelled and how well the cleaned carpets and sofa looked.
