Why the method is adapted
Access, trading hours, foot traffic, drying time and presentation deadlines are discussed before a tailored quotation. Commercial payment terms are agreed in advance.
Before work begins, access, children and pets, furniture, previous cleaning, stain products, airflow and noise requirements are discussed. The material is inspected and tested, and realistic expectations are agreed.
Property protection
Where appropriate, entrance mats, corner guards, shoe covers, furniture glides and protective furniture tabs are used to reduce avoidable marks, dragging damage, rust or finish transfer.
Mattress and leather cleaning are available on request but are not promoted as core services. Carpet repair training has been completed, but repairs are not currently offered.
